Shawnee Tennessee fieldstone is found in the central region of the state and is a weathered gray and brown mossy stone that provides unusually rich colors and textures. The Geo. Schofield Co., Inc. quarries and employs quarries to produce high quality fieldstone products.
   
We carry a complete line of Tennessee fieldstone products including thin, medium and thick stack; ultra-thin, thin, medium and thick regular; medium and thick caps; natural and broke face ashlar; and boulders

Stack Series: Sizes selected for building stone applications. Typical installation would be dry-stacked or Southern Ledge style with a deeply recessed or hidden mortar joint. Approximate coverage is 30-35 square feet/ton depending on the masonry technique.

Regular Series: Sizes selected for greater face sizes as well as wallstone applications. Typical installation would be random rubble with or without a mortar joint. In the case of a wallstone application a uniform rise wallstone. Wallstone coverage is approximately 15-18 cubic feet/ton.

Cap Series: Sizes selected for straight line pieces.

Cut Series: Processed fieldstone for size or color presentation by shape in a building stone application.
